Maison Paul Bistro closed it’s doors for the last time in the Summer of 2017 – After several successful years in Hoddesdon our team moved on to pursue other ventures. We’d like to thank everyone of you who helped us create some fantastic memories along the way – we wish to keep this website live as a testimony to the good times we had. God bless and thank you!

Serving Hoddesdon and beyond, myself Jon and Chef Tim are committed to delivering the finest and most joyful dining in Hertfordshire. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, need an intimate setting to discuss business or simply want a quiet chat, Maison Paul Bistro are here to help you unwind whilst enjoying great food with a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
